Check- in time is after 3p.m. Check out time is 10a.m.
Check- in procedure - Contact Rick @ 712-332-9876 when you arrive. You will be taken to your cabin and sign the check-in paperwork. If there is a balance due, it will be collected at that time.
Smoking - All cottages, the house, and the game room are non smoking. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard area.
Forms of payment - We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards as forms of payment.
Deposit - A deposit is required to make a reservation. For stays of 1 or 2 nights the deposit amount is the total amount due (lodging plus taxes). For 3 or more nights the deposit amount is 50% of the lodging cost excluding tax. If you use a check or money order, we ask that it be mailed to us within a week of you making the reservation.
Cancellations - Your deposit will be fully refunded if your notice of cancellation is received at least twenty days in advance of your arrival date, or forty days if your reservation involves three or more units. If the preceding notice conditions are not met, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to re-rent the unit(s) you had reserved. If we are not successful in our attempts to re-rent the unit(s), we will apply your deposit towards a future reservation with us.
Personal care supplies - The cottages have dish and hand soap. Please bring towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
Quiet hours - If you are outside of your cottage between the hours of 11p.m. to 7 a.m., we request that voices be kept to a whisper. Both indoor and outdoor activities should not disturb your neighbors.
Pets - Allowed if under 25 pounds. Must be leashed and under the control of the owner at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets. A nonrefundable fee of $25 per pet/ per stay will be assessed.
