Reservations:
1) Contact Rick at 712-332-9876 to schedule your lodging preference and dates of stay.
2) For reservations of one or two nights the deposit will equal the total cost plus taxes. .
3) For reservations of three or more nights the deposit will equal
50% of the total cost excluding taxes
4) The deposit may be paid by credit card, check or money order. The check/money order must be
received within seven days of making the reservation. Mail to:

5) After payment of the deposit a reservation confirmation will be mailed to you
via email or paper mail.
Arrival/Departure
1) Check in time is 3:00 PM. The office is located in the center of the resort
inside the building that houses the game room. If we are not in the office telephone
us at one of the numbers listed on the office door.
2) Check out time is 10:00 AM.
Cancellations:
To be eligible for a deposit refund less a $40.00 service fee you must cancel
your reservation at least 45 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel
a reservation that was made less than 45 days prior to your arrival date,
no refund will be provided. No refund will be provided to guests who begin their
stay with us, and terminate their stay prior to the end date of their reservation.
Guest Information
At check in Parkside Cottages' policies, procedures and behavioral expectations will
be reviewed with you. Out of consideration for other guests, resort managment and the neighborhood at large
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM QUIET TIME will be strictly enforced.
Pet Policy
1) Pets are permitted in cottages 1-7. Not permitted in cottages 8,9 or the House.
2) You must bring your own bedding. We have had issues with pet hair removal. Hair has remained on our sheets and comforters
after washing.
3) The $25.00 per pet fee being charged is to cover the cost of extra cleaning time.
