Rates
The following rates are in effect for the 2012 spring and summer seasons. The season
begins on May 18th and ends on September 24th.
Weekday - Sunday through Thursday night.
Cottages - $115 night
House - $260 night
Exclusion: Holidays billed at weekend rate
Weekend - Friday and Saturday night
Cottages - $160 night
House - $315 night
Discounts
1) Early Season- 30% OFF the nightly rate. Eligible dates are May 18th through June 14th.
2) Late Season- 30% OFF the nightly rate. Eligible dates are August 19th through September 24th, excluding Labor Day weekend: 8-31, 9-1 and 9-2.
3) Extended Stay- Stay 5 nights and the 6th night is FREE.
This discount not valid during Early and Late Season discount time periods.
4) Clay County Fair Special- We will beat any reservation price quote you receive by 25%.
Pets
$25.00 per animal will be added to the total cost of your reservation. Only pets under 25 lbs. are allowed.
Taxes
It is our responsibility to collect State Excise Tax and Local Hotel/Motel Tax on the total amount due. The taxes total 10%.
